Join us for the workshop Gefährdungsbeurteilung 101 with one of our members, Alihan Sencan, as he shares his learnings from his startup! 

Every company in Germany has to carry out a Gefährdungsbeurteilung (workplace risk assessment) as soon as it employs people. Most founders have never heard of it, and the ones who have usually put it off. Skipping it can get expensive, and it becomes a real problem the moment something goes wrong.

In this 90 minute workshop we go through what the assessment actually is, when you are legally required to have one, what are the typical mistakes early stage companies make, and how to produce one for your own company. We will build a real assessment together, live, so you leave knowing exactly what to do and where to start. Bring a laptop.

Who it is for: Founders who are hiring or about to hire their first employees, and anyone setting up operations in Germany.
