Impressions
"I learned a lot about myself on this LTA-journey and gained valuable skills. More importantly, I was able to go on this journey with a community that I grew very fond of and that was always there for me emotionally. Thank you for that!"
Parinaz Yavarzadeh
Founder Kardiocura, Alumni LTA Batch
"As a founder, you inevitably face all kinds of challenges and there is no way to prepare for all of them. The exchange at LTA with mentors, fellow founders, and inspiring people creates a space to share experiences, knowledge, and ideas. LTA offers this space in a truly special way. In a short time, it helps you take a significant step in both personal and entrepreneurial development!"
Jan Büttner
Co-Founder supply.one, Alumni LTA Batch
"Of all the startup programs I´ve participated in so far, LTA Heilbronn has had the biggest impact, both on our company culture and on me personally. It not only gave me valuable tools, but also created the space to talk about leadership with like-minded people in similar phases. The LTA has managed to turn of many of the open questions into a clear, tanglible path, whether for new hires or internal and external communication. The result: A more authentic and open culture that has helped us to make lasting progress."
Lars Pfleider
Co Founder Texpeer, Alumni LTA Batch
"Being part of the LTA has been one of the best choices I made this year. As a first-time founder, I learned so much about the mindset and skills a leader needs to guide their team effectively. I’m very thankful to Simone for doing such a great job running the workshops, which were often held in inspiring locations. She also made sure to arrange backup sessions for those who couldn’t attend due to work commitments, showing her care for everyone’s learning. Simone’s hard work, great planning, and constant support made the LTA sessions very organized and helpful for my growth as a leader."
