This is the right program for you if you're a startup with a committed founding team that's making its first hires or actively expanding, preparing for or having just raised initial funding, and/or seeking tailored support to tackle growth bottlenecks.

Apply for AI Scale by filling out the application form and submitting it in May and June 2026.

After successfully submitting your application, we will evaluate it.

Notification of Acceptance

We will inform you about the status of your application by July 2026.

Once you receive the acceptance notification from us, please confirm your seat by August 2026.

Program Timeline

Week 1

Data-Driven Decision-Making

Data is the foundation of every scalable company. It’s very hard to make smart decisions without understanding how users interact with your product, where your growth is coming from, or which parts of your business are underperforming. In the first week you’ll learn how to treat data as a strategic asset — not just numbers on a dashboard. Scaling requires focus, and data is what drives prioritization. By learning to collect and analyze data correctly, startups can avoid costly mistakes, iterate faster, and build products around what their customers truly want.

Week 2

Talent Strategy

No startup scales without the right people. As startups grow, the need for talented, motivated, and aligned team members becomes critical. This week focuses on how to approach hiring strategically, how to onboard, retain, and stay compliant when employing them. Founders will gain clarity on how the hiring process works in Germany. At Campus Founders, in the heart of Heilbronn's Bildungscampus, we're proud to be part of an incredible ecosystem that connects startups, students, recent graduates, and tech professionals eager to contribute to innovative projects.

Week 3

Customer Acquisition

Even the best product won't scale without customers. Week 3 focuses on building and optimizing your go-to-market strategy. Startups will explore a range of methods and tactics to reach their ideal customers, with a focus on building a solid pipeline that drives conversions.

Week 4

Getting ready for Fundraising

To scale significantly, most startups will need external funding or strategic partnerships — and that requires a clear understanding of the fundraising landscape. Week 4 prepares you to understand and speak the language of investors, build trust through data, and communicate a compelling vision of their business model. From preparing pitch decks to understanding valuation, term sheets, and cap tables, this week offers practical tools and foundational insights. But scaling is also about knowing where you're heading. By exploring different exit strategies, you’ll learn how to think strategically about the future of their business: acquisition, IPO, or sustainable profitability.
