The Venture Studio is the local pre-seed investor looking for ambitious, early-stage startups that want to grow with and actively contribute to the Heilbronn ecosystem. We’ll be with you along the way from day 1. Our unfair advantage: allowing founders to leverage the Campus Founders platform.

Apply for a Venture Studio investment

Upload your pitch deck and additional information to apply for a Venture Studio or Startup BW Pre-Seed investment.

Review of your application & feedback

We will review your application and reply within a few days. If we believe we could be a good fit, we invite you to an intro call.

Investment screening

By providing a data room and answering our questions, you will help us gain all necessary information about a potential investment in your startup and prepare the final decision.

Present to our Investment Committee & decision

Finally, you will present your startup to our Iinvestment Committee.

Program Timeline

The LTA is organized that you can participate in the program in parallel to your responsibilities as a founder. The core of the program consists of nine intensive full day workshops with leadership exercises and time to reflect hosted by experienced experts on site in Heilbronn.

Do I need a team?

While having a team can enhance your experience, it's not mandatory. Individuals can apply and will be matched with others to form a cohesive group. Collaboration is encouraged to maximize your potential.

How long does it run?

The program typically runs for 12 weeks, starting from the kickoff event. Each week includes workshops, mentorship sessions, and team activities. The final pitch event concludes the program.

What is the format?

The CCC uses a challenge-based format where teams tackle real-world problems presented by corporate partners. Participants receive mentorship and guidance throughout the process. This hands-on approach fosters innovation and practical solutions.

Is there a fee?

Participation in the Corporate Campus Challenge is free of charge. We believe in providing equal opportunities for all aspiring entrepreneurs. Additional resources may be available for purchase, but are not required.

What do I gain?
